McHappy Day is McDonald’s restaurants biggest fundraiser of the year, and the public is invited to help out at any franchise across Canada today.
The funds raised go towards Ronald McDonald houses in various cities and to other children’s charities.
This year, a portion of the proceeds from any menu item will go to the cause.
Since McHappy Day was first celebrated in 1977, McDonald’s across Canada have raised nearly $66 million.
