Sudbury police won`t be laying charges in a two-vehicle collision that killed a 17-year-old boy. Travis Lester died when his car ran into a mini-van in Hanmer on Saturday. Although police say the investigation continues, they add charges are not expected. The driver and passenger in the van were treated for minor injuries.
