All five candidates in the Algoma-Manitoulin-Kapuskasing riding are in full election mode.
Elections Canada is finalizing its list, but the five are either contacting voters door-to-door, at local events, or through digital access.
The five include incumbent NDP Carol Hughes, Liberal Duke Peltier, Green Party Steven Zimmerman, Conservative John Sagman, and Clarence Baarda of the Christian Heritage Party of Canada.
The Moose 99.3 FM CJJM will host an in-person debate on Thursday, September 9th at 7:00 pm at the Espanola Royal Canadian Legion where the candidates will be able to present their platforms and answer questions from the audience.
COVID-19 protocols will be in place.
