Espanola council will review a trailer bylaw as part of its new Zoning Bylaw.
Back in early June, council adopted the new Zoning Bylaw, but several landowners expressed concerns that the bylaw did not address certain vacant Rural Zoned properties.
Council followed through on a recommendation to have the town’s Planning Consultant develop a licencing bylaw for the proper location, use and storage of recreational vehicles to address those concerns.
A report has been provided with this staff report as well as a draft trailer licensing bylaw for consideration at tonight’s meeting.
If all concerns are addressed, council has the option of passing the licencing bylaw this evening.
