The birds are back, and I’m not talking about migratory patterns, I’m talking about the Boys of Summer.
The Toronto Blue Jays have officially been welcomed back into their home, the Rogers Centre. It felt like they were banished from the kingdom… that’s how long it’s been. After just under 2 years of banishment, the Blue Jays will play in front of their home crowd starting on July 30th.
The feds gave their stamp of approval for a 15,000 person capacity (funny considering 10 years ago they struggled to get that many fans inside the Skydome).
All is well if you’re a Jays fan, and the trade deadline is coming up, so it could get even better.
I smell some big moves on the horizon!
