Organizers of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair will host a virtual event once again, this year but are planning an in-person event to celebrate the 100th anniversary next year.
Fair CEO Charlie Johnstone says the organizers thought with the ongoing concerns with COVID-19 and the Delta variant, that it would be best to host the event virtually once again this year.
He adds the event takes place every November and will feature businesses and organizations focusing on food, agriculture and equestrian sport including many from the local area.
Johnstone says they are now making plans to design a COVID safe event in Toronto in 2022.
