Health unit directors resign

Algoma Public Health needs new directors on its board.  The search is the result of three directors quitting following a Ministry of Health report that board members were weak and engaged in conflicts of interest.  The chair and vice chair are among those who handed in their resignations.  The health unit`s acting medical officer of health, Doctor Penny Sutcliffe, says with the resignations, the health unit can get a fresh start.  Minister of Health Eric Hoskins asked the board members to resign after the scathing report was released.
