Iceland just set the gold standard for awesomeness. They introduced a 4-day work week a little while ago…. And the verdict is in. Drumroll, please.
It was an overwhelming success!!!
It went pretty much as well as you could hope for. People were happier and less stressed AND companies either maintained levels of productivity or even had increased levels. Can’t get better than that.
If it’s a win-win why don’t we have a 4-day work week here yet?
What do you think about working only 4 days a week? Sounds incredible. Just imagine… you’d have a long weekend every weekend. AND when there’s a holiday you get a 4-day long weekend. I think I’m moving to Iceland.
