It’s been a tough year to be part of the Ontario government. They haven’t got a lot right but they nailed this one!
Father’s Day weekend is coming up. The province made fishing and day use of Ontario Parks free all weekend.
Like usual you still have the normal fishing restrictions:
- following conservation licence catch limits
- obeying size limits and sanctuaries
- following all other fishing regulations.
This is a homerun. Although it does mean there will be a large number of cargo shorts on the lakes this weekend. That’s part of the official ‘Dad Outift’, right?
Cargo shorts, white sneakers, socks rolled up all the way, a polo shirt and those sunglasses that hang around your neck. PEAK DAD right there.
