The Elliot Lake Red Wings Junior A team is working towards a return to the ice in late summer.
The team has a new vice president of hockey operations, Mark Savery who has over 35 years of hockey experience to the team.
The team has also moved its date for the tryout camp to a later one due to the three-step roadmap for reopening designed by the provincial government.
Coach Paul Noad says the camp date will be set in Stage three likely in late July or early August with up to 78 players invited to take part.
He adds the team’s regular practices will start on August 16th.
