It feels weird to do, but apparently, it’s good!
You’ve probably heard that something like 70% of human communication is done through body language. Waving goodbye on a video chat is the same thing; you’re saying goodbye without speaking.
According to this study, it’s really good to do it too. More people are online these days and they’re unlearning how to communicate with body language.
I completely agree with this EXCEPT for the end call button. It’s so much more convenient to say goodbye to someone with the click of a button. No awkward small talk. No conversation at the door as someone is leaving your house. Just press a button and the conversation is done!
