One popular trend on TikTok is for musicians to post acoustic versions of their music and ask listeners to ‘duet’ them. Other users then record themselves playing and singing along and both videos are combined. The Hip’s guitarist Rob Baker debuted on TikTok with a video of this kind; a stripped-down version of “Ahead By A Century”.
