Two more candidates for the federal election

The Algoma- Manitoulin- Kapuskasing Conservative Riding Association has named John Sagman as the Conservative candidate in the next federal election.

Sagman is a professional engineer who has worked in the mining and forestry resource sectors across Canada with experience working in partnership with Aboriginal communities.

Sagman’s platform will focus on new investments and jobs for the north to help families and businesses.

And, current Nickel Belt MP Liberal Marc Serré has secured the nomination to seek a third term.

Calling himself an “engaged MP,” Serré highlighted the passing of his motion, M-106, that developed Canada’s first National Seniors Strategy, which helped pave the way for the creation of Canada’s first ministry dedicated to seniors.
