A 16-year-old is facing additional charges and two other people are also facing attempted murder charges following a stabbing incident in Elliot Lake on March 11th.
OPP Constable Phil Young says officers responded to the corner of Axmith Avenue and Frame Crescent shortly before 10:30 pm that night and the victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Young says the teen, who was previously charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault is now facing an additional charge of conspiracy to commit murder laid last Thursday.
Two other people, a 22-year-old and a 17-year-old were also charged late last week with one count each of conspiracy to commit murder, accessory after the fact and obstruction of police.
All three remain in police custody following bail hearings.
