The Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvelon has appointed Josée Ruddy as Director of Human Resources.
Education Director Paul Henry says Ruddy began her career at the CSC Nouvelon in 2018 as coordinator of human resources.
In this role, she oversaw organizational development, which includes recruitment, selection, performance evaluation and staffing.
He adds she was also a key resource person for management in the application of administrative policies and directives, collective agreements and conditions of employment.
Ruddy brings her educational training in administrative management and relevant experience in the field of human resources to the position, which she will take up on April 12th.
