Pan-Am Torch Celebration

The Serpent River First Nation is having a Torch Celebration on Tuesday. It’s the only torch stop between Blind River and Massey, and will be at the Trading Post on Highway 17. The free event welcomes the public from all surrounding communities.

There will be BBQ, a round dance to welcome the torch, and live music. The torch bearers are Orval Commanda, and Zane Johnston.

It kicks off at 2 PM on June 2nd.
