We could learn this week if a high school strike by teachers at three boards, including Rainbow, is legal or not. The union say it is because it followed all the steps. The school boards maintain the walkout is illegal because the issues the teachers are striking over involve the province and not them. The Ontario Labour Relations Board has been listening to arguments from both sides since last Thursday.
