A 43-year-old Espanola man is charged with spousal assault after getting into a fight with his ex-wife. The man was visiting his ex when an argument ensued. The man broke the woman’s cell phone and land-line phone as well as her TV. He then grabbed her by the wrists and pushed her down. In addition to the spousal offenses, the man is charged with mischief under $5,000.
