After long delays and some suggesting it will never happen, it looks like work on the Pearson Plaza is ready to begin in Elliot Lake. The city has been given a work schedule indicating mobilization of equipment is expected to begin on Friday followed by construction beginning after the long weekend. The main tenant for the long awaited plaza will be Foodland which continues to operate out of the Collins Hall.
