Sea Cadets off to Drill and Band provincial competition

Espanola’s Hero Sea Cadet Corp is headed to the provincial drill and band competition.  That’s after finishing second in the Drill Without Arms event and second in the band component.  The provincials take place in Borden on May 23^rd.
