Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli says the Wynne Liberals have knowingly risked people’s lives to save a few dollars.  Fedeli is weighing in on the auditor general’s report that criticizes the government’s handling of winter road maintenance.  Fedeli says Bonnie Lysyk’s findings point the finger directly at the Liberals.  He says the auditor found that the Liberals continued to use the same winter road maintenance methods even though they were resulting in accidents.   Fedeli says those methods saved the Liberals $36-million dollars but people also died as a result.  Fedeli says both the government and Ministry of Transportation should be ashamed for disregarding safety on northern highways.
