A boyfriend trying to protect his girlfriend who was attacked by two people faces several charges. The 21-year-old woman was attacked by a man and woman she’d been partying with earlier at a local bar. The woman was near her home when she was jumped and her boyfriend came outside with a gun threatening the attackers. For that the boyfriend is charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, pointing a firearm and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. The gun turned out to be a pellet gun that looked like a 44 Magnum. Meanwhile the attackers are charged with assault.
