It’s taken a while, but the OPP plan to interview the Premier over what she knew about an alleged political bribe in Sudbury. Kathleen Wynne will be questioned by police this week. At issue is Andrew Olivier claiming high ranking Liberals offered a bribe in return for him not seeking the Liberal nomination in Sudbury. Olivier has recordings of these conversations but not one he had with Wynne on the same matter. Wynne and the other two Liberals all deny Olivier was bribed. No one has been charged in the matter even though Elections Ontario found the incident contravened part of the Election Act.
