Board figures out what caused plane crash

A loss of power in one engine is what caused a fatal plane crash in Northwestern Ontario during November 2013.  The engine died while the plane was 500 feet high on a final approach at the Red Lake airport.  The crew didn’t have time to figure out the problem before the plane hit some trees and power lines then burst into flames when it crashed.  Two crew-members and three passengers died in the crash.  Two other passengers received non-life threatening injuries.
