If you want to be tested for the COVID-19 virus, you can now fill out an online form for testing at Health Sciences North in Sudbury.
According to the release, the online form is now available for booking COVID-19 testing appointments for anyone within the Sudbury and Manitoulin districts.
No one who is symptomatic or is concerned they have been exposed to COVID-19 will be declined.
The public can still call the assessment centre for an appointment and walk-ins are not allowed.

- You can also call the Assessment Centre for an appointment at 705-671-7373 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, 7 days a week.
- Appointments are needed for tests for safety reasons. Walk-ins are not allowed.
