A Sturgeon Falls area woman has been fined $1,000 for letting her dogs chase big game. Court was told that Donna Woods let her German shepherd and Rottweiler maul a white-tailed deer on someone’s property. In another incident the dogs were allowed to attack a moose and her young calf. Woods was found guilty under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act for allowing her dogs to run at large.
