Schools offering online registration for the fall

School might be out for the summer, but the registration process is continuing online.

Rainbow District School Board Education Director Norm Blaseg says they are preparing for a number of scenarios for when schools re-open in the fall.

He says the key to a smooth transition is to ensure students are registered as soon as possible providing the board with the most up-to-date projection of student enrolment broken down by grades in each of their schools.

The policy of the Rainbow Board is similar to all the other local school boards with online registration being offered by all.

Parents are encouraged to visit their schools’ webpages and/or call for more information about the process.
