Amber Wahl, a Grade 7 student at Central Manitoulin, is probably doing a lot of rehearsing these days. The youngster is getting ready to compete at this weekend’s public speaking contest in Kapuskasing. Saturday’s event is the next round in the Northern Ontario Public Speaking Competition sponsored by the Royal Canadian Legion. This latest round is the Northern Semi Finals. Amber qualified by winning her category at a regional contest in Blind River last month. The youngster talked about how people cope with black flies.
