East Algoma OPP stopped 100 vehicles over the Easter weekend and 79 of those stops were the result of people speeding. Police also looked into four collisions. They say each accident was animal related and add no one was hurt. OPP also charged two people for impaired driving, another six for not wearing a seatbelt, laid drug charges against two others and dinged two drivers for driving while suspended.
