All local school boards are now registering children for kindergarten with one board taking a bit of a
different approach.
Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvelon staff has put together stimulating fun kits for the little ones
who will enter kindergarten this September.
Paul de la Riva, the board’s communication director, says the elementary schools have started
distributing the unique welcome kits to families while respecting COVID-19 protocols.
de la Riva says the bags are unique in that they are in the shape of a friendly frog containing learning tools, resources and some surprises to keep the future students busy over the next few months.
