A 25-year-old Chelmsford man is charged with recklessly discharging a firearm. Sudbury police say the man got into a family argument while drunk, took out his shotgun and blasted a hole through a basement door. Fortunately no one was hurt. The man is also charged with careless storage of a firearm and obstructing police.
