Espanola resident fined for barking dog

An Espanola homeowner is looking at fines totaling $300 dollars allowing his dog to bark late at night on different occasions.  Police responded to one complaint of a dog barking around 11:00 p.m. and the owner was fined $150 under the Town’s Noise By-Law.  Police came back two weeks later when the same dog was barking at around 1:30 in the morning.  The owner was again fined $150.
