A private visitation will be held for a well-known and respected business leader on Manitoulin Island.
Ralph S. M. Batman of Sheguiandah passed away on Saturday at the Manitoulin Centennial Manor.
Batman was a respected businessman having founded Batman’s Plumbing and Electrical back in the 1950s and later the popular Batman’s Trailer Park.
Island Funeral Homes is holding a private visitation today followed by a private family interment with plans for a public memorial service to be held at a later date.
He was 90 years old.
