Geraldton and Fort Frances have captured the Travelers curling championship in Northern Ontario. The men won it for Geradlton by defeating Copper Cliff in the final and Fort Frances won it for the women by defeating Port Arthur. The Al Viel rink of Blind River and Alisha Bergeron foursome from Espanola failed to win any of their respective round-robin games. The tournament was played in Sault Ste. Marie.
