News New medical research facility for Sudbury SHARE ON: Rocco Frangione, contributor, Monday, Mar. 23rd, 2015 Sudbury will see the arrival of more medical researchers in the near future. It’s thanks to the Advanced Medical Research Institute of Canada getting federal money to create a new facility. FedNor will provide $4.9 million to convert a former elementary school into a research building. That 12,000 square foot facility will pave the way for more researchers to come to the city with the goal of making more medical discoveries.
