Door-to-door selling in Espanola results in big fine

If you plan to sell door-to-door in Espanola make sure you have a Hawkers and Peddlars license.  A 22-year-old from Scarborough learned that lesson the hard way.  A police officer questioned the man who was selling energy contracts on behalf of Summit Energy.  But he didn’t have a license to carry out his door-to-door sales and was given a $610 ticket.
