Elliot Lake OPP says a local man has been arrested in connection to a robbery in the city.
OPP Constable Phil Young says late last month, on February 29th, three people forced their way into an apartment on George Walk and demanded money from the resident.
Young adds the suspects assaulted the resident with a socket wrench and stole a number of drugs before leaving the scene.
He says a 32-year-old man from Elliot Lake has been charged with robbery with a weapon, breaking and entering, drug possession and breaching probation.
The investigation continues.
