Chambers give feds and province F over Ring of Fire

The North Bay and the Ontario chambers of commerce are giving the provincial and federal governments F’s over the Ring of Fire.  The chambers say inter-government squabbles between both governments means it will be years before the first mine opens.  The chambers say the feds get an F because they haven’t declared the chromite discovery a national priority.    The province fails on several fronts including not being transparent on the talks between it and First Nations that benefit from the resources.  The chambers want quarterly reports on these negotiations.  They add the provincial Liberals haven’t yet approved environmental assessments or issued exploration grants.
