Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli says the Wynne Liberals are selling part of Hydro One to make it look like they’re paying down on the deficit. But he says it won’t work. Fedeli says the only way the Liberals can really bring down the $12.5 billion deficit is to reduce spending. He says using the Hydro sale to pay it down is a one-time event and we face the same problem next year. The proposed sale could generate $1 billion for the Liberals.
