Public health agencies such as Public Health Sudbury & Districts are accountable to the public and are required to put client service standards in place.

Medical Officer of Health and CEO, Dr. Penny Sutcliffe says the new standards were launched this week ensuring the agency’s public commitment to quality customer service.

She adds they describe what clients can expect from Public Health under normal circumstances and they guide interactions and set the bar for service delivery and responsiveness.
