The general manager of the Elliot Lake Wildcats has been named the NOJHL Director of the Year. Todd Stencil was one of several people named in different categories as the league handed out its annual awards. In its inaugural year, Stencil has seen the Wildcats win 38 out of 52 games. He wins the Joe Drago award for his work on and off the ice that ensured Elliot Lake iced a winning team.
