Services for area children and young people with special needs are being re-designed and meetings are taking place this week to discuss the changes. In Espanola, the mental health clinic has a meeting this Wednesday and on the same day, the Mindemoya Hospital holds a similar session. Both meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and are for parents and caregivers.
