Easter Seals Ontario has finalized plans for the Snowarama 2019.
Carmen Bazinet, the regional administrator for the area, says the annual Espanola-North Shore run is set for Sunday, February 9th.
She adds Tim Hortons on Centre Street is once again on board providing registration and the starting point for the ride out to the Back Home Bistro in Massey.
Bazinet adds following the day’s activities, a spaghetti dinner, awards ceremony and prize distribution will take place at the Eagles Club in Webbwood.
She emphasizes the funds raised stay in the local area to assist children with physical disabilities get the equipment they need, as well as provide an opportunity to go to summer camp.

Funds raised at the 2020 Espanola/Northshore Snowarama will help provide children with physical disabilities with essential accessibility and mobility equipment, as well as summer camping opportunities at Easter Seals’ two fully accessible camps. Families face tremendous expenses raising a child with a physical disability and most families can’t do it on their own. The public’s support is much appreciated.
