The Senior Men’s Eastern Qualifier Playdowns held in Espanola this weekend will see five men’s curling rinks head to Sturgeon Falls to challenge each other to represent Northern Ontario.
Espanola Curling Club spokesperson, Marc Lefebvre, says east and west will meet in Sturgeon Falls to determine the rink which will go on to the Northern Ontario final.
Robby Gordon from Curl Sudbury Club, David MacInnes from McIntyre Curling Club in Timmins, Keith Furevick from Idylwylde Curling Club, Larry Pallot from Tarentorus Curling Club of Sault Ste. Marie and Jason Strelezki from the Copper Cliff Curling Club will move on.
East and west will meet in Sturgeon Falls to determine the Senior Men’s Northern Ontario rink on January 15th to 19th.
