It’s a murder that happened 17 years ago and Sudbury police believe there are still people out there they haven’t talked to. In March 1998 28-year-old Martin Higo was hurt in a downtown bar and died later in hospital. Sudbury police believe there are people who can shed light on their investigation and are asking them to come forward. The bar in question was the Big Thunder on Elgin.
