42nd Annual Elks Hamper Fund will feed families

The 42nd Annual Elks Hamper Fund was another success.

The Espanola Elks and the Moose 99.3FM CJJM partnered together once again to raise over $5,000 this weekend to provide local families with hampers filled with complete Christmas dinners.

It’s estimated over 150 families will receive hampers this year.

Notable donations include $300 from the Espanola Knights of Columbus, $200 from Northern Ford and $300 from the Knight Cruisers Car Club.

Anyone wishing to help with distribution can meet at the Elks Hall on Friday, November 20th to help put the hampers together with delivery to families Saturday morning.
