Liberals can't balance budget says Fedeli

Tory finance critic Vic Fedeli says a secret Liberal document proves the government can’t balance the books by 2018 as they keep claiming.  In fact Fedeli says the same document suggests the Liberals face a $4.5 billion shortfall.  The Nipissing MPP says the Liberals need to come clean on the deficit.  Fedeli says they have to stop telling the public they’re on track to balance the budget when their own documents show they’re way off the mark.
