Elliot Lake OPP is investigating the death of a pedestrian.
Constable Bev Gauthier says a pedestrian was struck by a pickup truck near the intersection of Manitoba and Saskatchewan Roads shortly before 8:00 am last Thursday, October 10th.
She says the male driver made a right turn onto Saskatchewan road where the collision occurred.
75-year-old Maisie Rice was transported to Health Sciences North with serious head injuries and succumbed to her injuries the next day.
