The Espanola Regional Hospital is replacing a generator and that means no power for a few hours.
Communications coordinator, Terri Noble, says the outage is set for this Sunday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
She emphasizes the emergency department is equipped with back-up power so anyone needing immediate attention can access the department
The other areas of the facility, including the health centre, long-term care and acute care unit will be without power for the eight-hour period.
