Espanola and Little Current are the venues for Wellness Day events for women in March. The M’Nidoo Minissing Coalition Against Domestic Violence is hosting the events. Little Current holds the Wellness Day first on March 9th at the town’s recreation centre and then on the 12th the Espanola Legion is the venue for the second Wellness Day. The days focus on self care and personal healing and have workshops on healthy cooking, body image and beading. The workshops are free.
